The role would suit a motivated rota co-ordinator with a high degree of attention to detail. You will need to have 1 year of office or administrative experience, have a great telephone manner, be committed to providing fantastic customer service and be IT literate. Working in a similar role would be advantageous to understanding the role requirements.
You will be comfortable working in a busy, fast paced and multi faceted environment and dealing with competing demands.
Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Accepting and handling administration for new packages of care
- Daily changes and amending rotas for increases and decreases of care packages
- Maintaining sickness absence records
- Completing rotas for assigned areas and templates
- Managing staff availability for rota allocation
- Completing client annual reviews
- Completing weekly payroll
- Daily call monitoring checks
- Creating and maintaining client files and information
- Data entry/system maintenance
- Assisting management with queries
- Possibility of evening and weekend on call to support the existing team
Summary
As a Rota Co-ordinator, you will be essential in managing and organising staff schedules to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency within the team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, your role will leverage your administrative experience and core skills in computer proficiency, phone etiquette, and organisational abilities. You will utilise premium office experience and relevant skills in Microsoft Office, OnePlan, and data entry to maintain accurate records and facilitate smooth operations.
