Job Description
This is a hybrid role requiring working in an office, from home and directly on the ground with care workers and service users dependant on service and operational need.
The post holder will be required to assist the operational function in the delivery of domiciliary care services and the qualitative aspects relating to staff. The post holder will be responsible for assisting with client visits and reviews on a daily basis and update the homecare managers within the area of any feedback.
The post holder will be responsible for assisting with staff supervision, spot checks and appraisals that are required to be completed cyclically. The post holder will work in co-operation with various professionals and clients and /or carers in providing agreed care plans. This will be throughout the entire Lydian Care service.
The post holder will also be required to be fully trained in the care and support of clients in the community within the aims and philosophy of the service.
Person Specification
1. Extensive experience of providing care – minimum 2 years.
2. Previous management or quality assurance experience.
3. Commitment to achieve or completion of NVQ minimum level (3) in care.
4. Competent in office-based computer systems – including industry software.
5. Understanding of regulatory requirements within the sector.
6. Full clean driving licence and access to a car for work purposes.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
